Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with AVGMN Watches. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If your purchase is not quite right, we are here to help.

We offer a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your watch to request a return and dispatch it back to us.

To qualify for a full refund, your watch must be returned in the exact condition it was received. Due to the high-value nature of luxury timepieces, we inspect all returns thoroughly.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if the watch shows signs of wear, scratches, or if the original packaging is missing.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@avgmn.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will send you an email to notify you that it has passed inspection.

Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card or PayPal). Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the watch arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the incorrect model, please contact us within 48 hours at info@avgmn.co.uk so we can resolve the issue immediately at no extra cost to you.
